Cancellation Policy

Arrival:
After 2pm (unless prior arrangements are made)

Departure:
Before 10am (unless prior arrangements are made)

Minimum Booking:
3 nights stay.

Discounts to Advertised Rates:
Discounts apply for long term stays of 1 month or more in non peak seasons on application.

Booking and Payment Policy:
A 20% deposit is required to confirm pencilled booking. A further payment of 30% of total account is required 3 months prior to date of booking. Final payment required on arrival.

Cancellations / Refunds: 3 months or more notice from booking dates:
A full refund applies on all deposits paid if cancellation is made with 3 months or more notice in writing from the start of booking dates.

Cancellations / Refunds within 3 months of Booking Dates:
For all cancellations within 3 months of booking date a $100 booking cancellation fee applies. All deposits and moneys paid will be refunded subject to the dates booked being able to be rebooked. Should this not occur any deposits paid will be withheld to cover the shortfall in income over the dates booked and subsequently cancelled. Any difference in revenue shortfall for booking dates and deposits held will also be refunded.
